Elder Managed Care & Consulting, Inc. was involved in the demolition of an existing public housing project and the construction of a new facility totally dedicated to public housing assisted living. It was thereafter awarded the management of this $14 million development in Pinellas County. This building has 110 assisted living units—100 units receiving annual contribution contract (ACC) operational subsidy.
