Palm Terrace Assisted Living Facility is owned by the Tampa Housing Authority and managed by Elder Managed Care & Consulting.  It is home to 73 low-income elderly in Tampa, Florida. ElderManaged Care & Consulting performed the due diligence to purchase this facility on behalf of the Tampa Housing Authority and has managed it continuously since its inception. This beautiful facility is the first project-based housing choice voucher assisted living facility in Florida, possibly the nation.  What does this mean?  It means that the elderly apply to both, the public housing authority, and to our assisted living facility and meet the qualifications for both programs.  The Tampa Housing Authority assists in the payment of rent, and Elder Managed Care & Consulting provides the expertise to find other programs to pay for services, along with the clients’ own various entitlement programs.  Palm Terrace Assisted Living Facility has a complete array of services including housekeeping, laundry, and supervision of medications, three meals per day, transportation, activities, and coordination of medical care.  This beautiful facility proves that affordable can be profitable for the investor, and dignified for the client.
